Principle

We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising services and embeds no third-party content. Fonts are loaded from our own server.

Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). When a page is accessed, technically necessary data is processed, such as IP address, date and time, the page requested and the browser type. This data is used only to run the website securely and reliably and is not combined with other data. Data may be transferred to the USA in the process. Cloudflare is certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Bookings and enquiries

If you call us or send an email, we use your details (for example name, phone number, email address, date and number of guests, special requests) only to handle your booking or enquiry. We do not pass this data on to third parties and delete it once it is no longer needed, unless we are legally required to keep it. We use an external email provider for email.

Booking requests via the website

If you use the «Request a table online» form, we send your details (date, time, number of guests, name, phone and/or email, comments) by email to the restaurant. The email is delivered via Cloudflare Email Routing. We use these details only to handle your request and contact you, and delete them once they are no longer needed.

Links to Google Maps and Instagram

This website contains links to Google Maps and Instagram. Data is sent to these providers only when you click such a link. Their privacy policies then apply.

Your rights

You may at any time request information about the data we hold about you and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Please contact inido9812@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
